Climate Control
Heating and Air are controlled from upstairs. The gas fireplace will produce heated air in the living room. If you need the temperature adjusted, simply text Amanda (503.957.5914).
Kitchen
Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen. Most everything should be self-explanatory, but here are a few things you might want to know:
Coffee-For normal coffee drinkers a Kuerig and pods are available in the gray canister. If you’re the sort of person who travels with your own coffee (you know who you are), a Chemex with filters is on the counter. You can purchase fresh beans in the neighborhood from Fetch Coffee Roasters and Fairlane Coffee.
Under the Sink-You’ll find trash bags, dishwasher tabs, first-aid kit, and fire extinguisher (safety first!)
Waste-Food can go down the disposal. Trash and recycling are to the left of the sink.
Living Room
Television-After turning on the power button, hit home. From left to right you’ll find a menu for YouTube TV (live cable channels), Netflix, Disney Plus, and Amazon. Please use the guest profiles.
Fireplace-To use the fireplace, simply hit the power button on the larger remote and adjust the temperature according to your preferences.
Sofa Sleeper-The sofa sleeper can accommodate two people and unfolds as you would expect. Pillows and linens are in the bedroom closet.

Bedroom
Sound Machine-Located on the bed-side table.
Closet-You can store belongings in the closet directly opposite the bed. Please avoid the mechanical closet on the right as you enter the room.
